Sunday, February 3rd, 2008Like the Boston Terrier in NY picture, this is one of the first photographs I took with a SLR. Because it wasn’t a digital SLR, and the film speed was adjusted to outdoor light, the poor indoor lighting in the subway station made it difficult to get a good picture. But I like the idea and composition of it. Also, there is still that charm of old school photography that I’ve previously mentioned.
I think I’m going to revamp it photoshop later.
Boston Terrier in NYC
Monday, January 28th, 2008This one I dug out of the treasure chest. It is one of the first pictures I ever took with a SLR camera. The camera was of the old non-digital kind, so I had to develop the film and everything. Great fun, but time consuming. I took this picture in NYC when I stayed there for a week in 2007. I think I was trying to find the The Norwegian seamen’s church, when I stumbled over this little Boston Terrier just sitting there. The light was right, so I took a few shots, then walked on. I don’t know why, but I really like this pic. I think it’s the old school charm, mixed with a cute dog, that does it.
Hobo Reloaded
Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008This is a photoshop edit of a picture I posted some days ago. I ‘m still not satisfied though, so I might give it another go later.
